Workflow Options
There are two primary ways we can receive your audio for transcription. Both are very easy to set-up, fast, and reliable.
1. WebChart:
For single-speaker dictation that occurs on a regular basis, e.g., H&Ps, IMEs, letters, motions, etc., clients routinely dictate via toll-free telephone or smartphone to our secure cloud-based dictation platform, WebChart 24/7/365. Files can also be securely uploaded to WebChart from handheld digital recorders.
2. Sharefile by Citrix:
For multi-speaker audio files, e.g. hearings, depositions, interviews, etc., clients may upload audio files of any size to our secure file share platform, Sharefile by Citrix 24/7/365. There are no audio file size limitations on this site.
Of course, we can also accommodate a hybrid approach as necessary.
