JOHNSON CITY, TN (April 18, 2017)—Independent third party auditor Uptime Safe reported yesterday that WebChartMD achieved 100% uptime for its platform operations during all of the fourth quarter of 2016.

“Hitting the 100% uptime milestone is a testimony to how consistently reliable WebChartMD’s platform services are,” said Mark Christensen, CEO of WebChartMD. “Physicians are too busy to tolerate downtime, and their expectation is the system will just work—all day, every day.”

Over 100 medical transcription service organizations (MTSOs) rely on WebChartMD’s platform for managing their dictation and transcription workflow to over 8,000 physicians at 1,200 healthcare facilities nationwide.

First-quarter 2017 results were only a few minutes behind, with 99.98% uptime.  A rating of 99.98% uptime means that of the 129,600 minutes of potential uptime in the first quarter of 2017, the system experienced only 23 total minutes of downtime.
